This list doesn’t seem to be exhaustive though – after experimentation I determined that environments which are not operating in Managed Environment mode cannot be overwritten by a source environment which is in Managed mode. Our team is proud to be diverse, collaborative, and empowering. Again, everything else shows up correctly and for Apps, the Default environment appears as well. For Power Apps and for everyt other environment everythign works as should. I have the Power Platform global admin rights so I should be able to see these.
